	514 Campbell Rd (Xander Harris and Spencer Lee) The Xander Harris Groovy Bachelor Pad featuring Spencer Lee! A simple two story house with a basement and attic. The first floor includes a kitchen, dining room, front room, bathroom, workout room, and Xander's office. The second floor included Xander's room and a connecting bathroom, Spencer's room, and a guest room. The basement includes a bathroom with a toilet that Xander hasn't been able to fix and all sorts of carpentry projects that Xander works on in his free time. 	667 Misery Estate (Buffy and Dawn Summers) Summers Residence (and Presto the cat) Suspiciously similar to their previous house in layout and rooms but with Dawnnie playing a big part in choosing it, it’s hardly surprising. There is one differing feature however; an attic conversion, that is incomplete, where Dawns room would have been in the previous house. There is a flight of stairs leading to an ‘attic bedroom’ where Dawn is currently sleeping. The door is in the floor and it gets jammed easily and there is a cold draft, Xander is needed for repair.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.

Houses-

Home to more then 1,068 families, each house has its out en-suite, 3 to 4 bedrooms, attics, some come with basements but not all. They have front and back gardens. The ideal home from bring up a family.
