Dreams …I guess I’m dreaming again…
Micky stood over the cliff and looked down. So much was on her mind, all because she came to this town. Misery, the name surely fit the place, yet Micky could not bring herself to leave it just yet. She had business to do, but that wasn’t all of it. And because of this, she was even more confused and messed up than usual.
At first glance, a person walking by may think that Micky was going to jump off. That wasn’t the case at all, she was just looking down, as it was calming in some strange way. She wasn’t suicidal, even though her life was horrible. In fact, she never even considered the option, because to her it wasn’t one.
So many thoughts filled Micky’s head as she stood there. As usual, there was the thoughts of the vampire that haunted her. The dreams got worse every night, and every night it seemed more and more real that he was here. And of course Micky was doing something against it. Her work at the Council library with Zy and Willow was a starting point, it just wasn’t enough yet. After all, Micky was a pessimist.
But then both Zy and Willow had their own places in Micky’s current thoughts. Zy was becoming a friend of Micky’s, which was so confusion. Micky didn’t want to get attached to people, not again. She didn’t want to make friends. But it was happening, because she was slipping. These nightmares were getting to her, causing her to seek out help, and that help was turning into friendship. And then with Willow, it was intensified. She felt for the girl, so quickly and strong, like she had felt for Amelia, her first love. She didn’t want to let herself fall in love again. But she couldn’t control it. More importantly, she didn’t want to lose someone that she cared about again.

Willow had to get out of the council for awhile. The work and stress load gets to her sometimes..but a walk always fixes the stress. She left the council with a long black skirt on. Her torso was hugged with a white long sleeve flowy top. Her hair was in long red curls. She looked down at the ground as her feet began to walk towards Jumping Jack Cliff. That place had something about it that Willow liked. It was very relxing. She reached the hill and walked up it slowly, in no need to rush. She saw a girl lended over the edge, looking down at the river very far below.
Willow noticed the hair and body to belong to Micky. Willow smiled bigger as she started walking towards her again. She stopped against the railing next to Micky. She looked right ahead. "It's nice up here isnt it?" Willow asked as she rested her forearms against the railing and lend her body against her arms.

Micky looked over at Willow and nodded. "Yeah, it is," she responded, her voice soft. It was nice up here, looking down at the ground below. Micky smiled, almost sadly, and turned back to look down at the river. "Listen, I'm sorry about back in the Council." It was a few days ago when Micky met Willow and she was introduced to the Council, and she still felt bad about her exit.
"I shouldn't have run out like that," she continued, explaining herself. She just hadn't been able to handle the question. She should have stayed more, see if she could have found some reference to her vampire anywhere in the books. Willow wouldn't have seen anything without Micky there, not knowing what he looked like, so Micky assumed that the operation stopped as soon as she left. She still didn't explain herself Zyoria, not having seen her since then. She supposed an explanation was needed there was well.

Willow looked over at Micky with kind eyes. "It's ok Micky...if you didnt want to tell me thats ok..i respect people's privacy Micky.." Willow said as she felt the breeze blow lightly on her face. She looked over at Micky again and moved closer to her railing and looked straight ahead again. She placed a hand on Micky's. "But if you do want to tell me..Im here"

Micky looked down at Willow's hand on her own, and was unsure how to react. She looked back up to Willow, taking it as a normal sign of comfort that anyone would display. "I just...I don't know if I can," she said, tears welling up in her eyes. But she would not let them fall, she wouldn't let herself cry.
I want to tell you, I don't know why but I do." Micky felt a connection with Willow, and she wanted to tell Willow about her past. But she was scared to do so, for so many reasons. She wasn't sure if she would be able to speak of it out loud, it was so hard to even just think about it. And what would happen once she finally let everything spill out?

Willow just looked at Micky with kind eyes. "It's ok Micky..when you feel ready..If you ever feel ready..Im here for you.." Willow said as she stroked Micky's hand comfortingly. She smiled slightly as she continued to stroke the girls hand. She looked at this girl and saw a great connetion with her. She had just met this girl, but felt a huge connection with her.

Micky breathed deeply, and decided to just tell Willow what had happened, why she was searching for one specific vampire. She felt comfortable around Willow, the reason she decided to tell her story. It was a long story, but she knew that she had to tell the most important and defining parts if Willow was to understand. She looked into Willow's eyes, and began.
"About four years ago, I saw my mother killed by a vampire, this vampire. And since then he's been following me. I ran away to Boston, where I met a girl named Amelia. We fell in love, but then the same vampire killed her. She was the one person I thought could help me move on with my mother's death. I though I killed him when I set fire to his place, but he following me and I kept running, killing as many vampries as I could on the way."
Micky had begun to cry by now, but she didn't stop to wipe away the tears. "Now I keep having these nightmares, each one more and more real. He's here, and I need to find him, kill him before he gets to me again." Micky had nightmares before, about him, but none like these. These weren't of the past...

Willow's face softened. "Micky...im sorry..and now i will definatly help you kill him..i promise, ok?" Willow said as she reached her hand up and very softly rubbed her thumb over Micky's tears to wipe them away. She stroked her thumb over Micky's cheek. She was heartbroken for Micky. She couldnt even compare her pain to Micky's..and she didnt want to. She just wanted to be there to comfort Micky.

Micky leaned into Willow's touch without even realizing she had done so. She closed her eyes slowly, stopping herself from crying any longer. "Okay," she whispered, her voice soft and quiet at the same time. She believed that Willow would helped her. For the longest time she didn't think that she could actually get rid of her past, until just not.

Willow smiled slightly as she felt Micky lean into her touch. She moved closer to Micky amd wrapped her arms around the girl and pulled her into a hug. "I will protect you Micky, I promise" Willow whispered softly into the girls ear and stroked the girls back. She felt the wind and their aura's connect when they hugged. It gave Willow a little spark.
