((oh, i'm also thinking we should move the whole alice/julia thing along))
The sound of a fist contacting with felsh was heard by no one. Not one person would notice the two fighting alongside the now calm waters of Lake Misery. Micky was on top of a vampire, repeatedly punching it. It didn't do much in the terms of injuries, as vampires were much more stronger than humans physically, but if Micky kept moving it was a good distraction. He wouldn't be able to get up any time soon, because the truth was... most vampires were idiots.
In one swift motion, Micky plunged a stake into the vampire's heart. And as expected, he turned to a pile of ash and dust beneath her. She hadn't missed the heart, unlike when she had fought against Thorn. Thinking about what had happened was a land of confusion. Micky didn't know why she couldn't just kill Thorn, not fully anyways. She wasn't even sure if she wanted to know. Had she gone soft?

Her body was so cold. The water was like ice tonight. She couldn't phase. Not which out getting some water trapped inside her body. Which she really didn't want to happen she kinda liked being alive. Fire and Water the only two things she can phase though. Fire was for a different reason though.
Her head kept being dragged down into the water. Her oxygen getting cut off. Water filling her mouth. She needed to get out of this. Her hair was dancing around in the water as she struggled to get out.
The demon had its hands well webbed hand things wrapped around her neck. Taking the life from her. All so needed to do was phase but it was too risky. If she unphased when in the water it could kill her.
Her legs wafted around in the water as she tried to break the demons grip on her. Its red eyes burning her as it watched as she died slowly. 'you have to do this Kitty' she told her self. 'just think, relaxed you can do this'
Closing her eyes and trying to concentrate whilst under water was beyond hard. With her life in the balance she had to do it. If not then she would be fish food for her new best friend.
She stopped wafting her legs around calming her body making her go almost limp as she focused on phasing. She had to keep her mind dead set on it. If she had any second thoughts whilst doing it she could die. And she really didn't want that.
Slipping though the demons grip she phased though him and the water. Her eyes opened slowly as the demon came at her again she kept her cool as it went right though her. Making her way ground swimming as fast as she could she needed air. phasing though the mud.
The air filling her lungs as her head popped though the ground next to the lake. It felt good. The cool air blowing against her skin as she unphased her body dripping wet as she rested on the ground. She could hear the water still wafting around next to her.
"I hate water" She said turning her body looking up at the sky. Coughing as she spat out water that he gotten into her mouth, then being sick. Wiping her mouth she slowly stood up. Her body felt so weak. She needed to just wake her body up.

Micky stood up from the pile of ash, kicking at it slightly as she looked around for something else to do. She didn’t feel like she got in her fill of slays tonight, even though she hated to refer to it as ‘slays’. She wasn’t a slayer, and never would be. Part of her hated that fact, but part of her was glad.
Then Micky heard something. It wasn’t much, but it sounded like the water was no longer calm, like it was splashing. She looked out over the lake and saw glimpses of what looked like some sort of demon fighting with a human. She wanted to intervene, and began to run towards the edge of the lake, prepared to jump in, but before she did so, the splashing stopped and the two disappeared.
She looked around, and not too far away from her, she saw the human laying on the ground and then slowly standing up. One thing was for certain—this girl wasn’t human. There was no way she would have been able to get out of the water and onto the ground like that if she was. Micky could only see her from behind, so it was hard to tell whether she knew this girl before today.
Slowly, unsure of whether she should be doing this tonight, Micky approached the girl from behind. She heard the girl speak, something about water, she wasn’t too sure. But she did recognize the voice vaguely, and after a moment was able to figure out who it belonged to. “Kitty.”

Kits was beginning to wounder why she was even in this town. So far she had found nothing on Max and his team. Jack all. The most she had done was stop flame girl from blowing up the town. Which was pretty good seeing as she hates like madly hates fire. Then she herd stories of something in the lake and went to find out then it dragging her in and trying to kill her well that wasn't what she had planned.
Kitty herd a girls voice calling her name after she had finished vomiting and what not. She turned around not really knowing what to expect. It was Micky. The girl she met at the graveyard on her first night in Misery. She had only been here a week or two but she though she would have found more out on Max. I mean for god shakes she doesn't even know where his hide out is. Not now her laptops is all melted and junk thanks too flame girl.
"Micky" Kitty managed after wiping her mouth and pushing her hair back from her face. Her clothing still dripping wet from the lake. She begun to wish she had the power of the hair dryer at this point. "Fancy meeting you here"Kitty put a smile on her face. Though her body was still in pain. She wasn't a slayer after all, she wasn't a demon with super healing. Just a human with a little added gift. So she pretty much still felt pain like a bitch on heat.

"What the hell happened to you?" she asked before looking back out towards the lake. "I saw a bit of the fight but not much. What was that thing?" Sure, she had heard rumors of a monster or something like it that lived in the lake, but she thought that was just all they were--rumors. Micky supposed she was wrong.
The lake's now calm waters indicated no sign of the previous struggle. They would indicate no sign of the monster that resided within. Had people fallen victim to its trap before? How many? Micky shuddered at the thought. She hated the idea that things like this could go on for son long. But isn't that what vampires did? They went unnoticed, taking prey for the kil. Of course slayers and some others noticed and fought back, but the numbers paled in comparison.

Pushing away part of her wet hair pulling it behind her ears "That was a really creep demon" Which is about all she knew about it. Though it was true it wasn't going to help her kill it. It was beyond hard trying to fight in water. It has the advantage. "Dragged me down tried to kill me nearly did, really not what i call fun" Kits said as she looked out at the silent lake now. You wouldn't have though people had been killed in there. That a demon lived there ready to strike again killing spilling blood. But it was true. Why do you think you never see any ducks. Them poor ducks
"Just need to think of a way to kill it" Kit said gripping at her side from the massive blows she got as gifts from the demon. She could still feel its red eyes burning her face like there where still watching her. Waiting for her. Maybe they where maybe it was watching. Waiting till its time to grab her.
"How about you? You on general patrol?" Kitty asked looking at the stake in her hand. Micky was brave for a human she didn't hide away from the things that went bump in the night she faced them. Which for a human was a hard thing to do. But she has reasons. Everyone has reason fro doing what they do. Some more painful then others.

Micky nodded, a slight shrug as well. “Yeah,” she answered simply. It was just a patrol, like any other night. The thing was, her head wasn’t in the right place, because of the last fight she had with a vampire, with Thorn. It weighed on her heavily that she didn’t kill her, because she needed to know why. Why was it so hard for her to do this? She had Thorn, stake over her heart. All it would take was one push, but she couldn’t do it. But it wasn’t doing her any good to think about it.
After a brief pause, during which Micky tried to distract herself by thinking about the monster in that lake, she spoke once more. “I got this idea, but I don’t know how great it is or if its even possible. We would need a lot of power, electricity. I mean, water conducts energy so it should work. It would kill it, I just don’t know how to get some power like that.”

A power line? Kitty had no idea where they where going to get something like that near water. With out killing them selfs in the process. Kitty shook of some of her wetness then said sorry to Micky as she realized she splashed her. "My bad"
"Kay so i have no idea how to so do that i mean we would get fried surly if we got near the water to do that plus I'm water then a towel after being used by the whole school swim team" Kitty said looking back out at the water it was still calm. She was just waiting for it to attack again. It was like it was waiting for something. But what?
Kitty was starting to feel the cold. Being wet and it being the beginning of Spring really didn't help. Why couldn't it have been summer. She shoved slightly as she rubbed her hands up her arm trying to get warm but it was like trying be cold in the desert.

Micky wiped the drops of water off the sleeve of her grey sweatshirt after Kitty had accidentally splashed her. “No problem,” she said, not really blaming the girl. So maybe the electricity thing wasn’t such a good idea, at least for now. Kitty was all wet, so she would get zapped in the process, and there wasn’t really any plausible method just yet. This needed to be thought through, just a little more.
She saw Kitty shiver slightly, and understood how cold the girl must be. Even though it was spring, the nights still got pretty cold. It didn’t help that she was wet and didn’t have a jacket or anything on. But Micky wasn’t about to make the girl suffer.“Here,” she said as she took her sweatshirt off and held it out for Kitty to take. “Put this on.”

Kitty smiled faintly as she took the piece of clothing from Micky. "Thank you" She said as she pulled it over her head. She was feeling a little warmer then before. She should have asked the demon to let her take of her jacket before dragging her into the lake. I mean it would have left her with something dry.
Kitty was about to ask Micky something when she noticed a dark shadow form over the two girls and the sound of water dripping. Turning Kitty gasped as she saw the demon. Which looked a awful lot bigger then the last time she saw it. It was like a cross between the Lockness and Godzilla.
It scratched as its head shuck around and its teeth extended. It really didn’t look happy. It was about three sizes bigger then Kitty and Micky. Its long tactical like arms where wafting around the place knocking at the ground. "Crap”
