So there was something different about Lisa, that alone was pretty damn clear. She was actually smiling and well Lisa smiling…. Not normal. She’d even come in after a night out and told Alyssa she’s thrown up all over her new shoes. Which at first Alyssa wanted to freak out but then she noticed the clear change in Lisa. And well then she realised this meant she could drag Lisa out shopping and suddenly all was good in Alyssa-world again. Heck they had all this cash to spend…. Why not spend it on shoes? After all, shoes make the world go round.
Alyssa hogged up the bathroom before Lisa had the chance to. That was one thing Alyssa was determined to get if her and Lisa followed through with getting a new place… it had to have 2 bathrooms. Lisa spent way too much of her time in the shower and it wasn’t fair. After showering, straightening her hair and getting dressed, Alyssa skipped into Lisa’s room, scanning under her bed before finding her white cork wedges. She sat on Lisa’s bed and put them on. At least Lisa hadn’t been sick on these or Alyssa may have had to kill her.
Not long later they were on their way to the mall. It was a nice day and the wind wasn’t too strong as they cruised down the road, top down. Yes Alyssa was fully taking advantage of the new burst of money they have. Cars, shoes, looking for houses…. And Lisa didn’t know it but Alyssa was totally buying her a puppy. Alyssa parked up the car and nudged Lisa gently on the shoulder. “Come on smelly… you owe me shoes!”
