Sunday. A day of prayer for those devout Christians. A day for one to repent his sins.
A day of hypocrites.
Each one of those people praying, despite how much they claim to regret their sins, won’t stop sinning. They are cheaters and liars, and as soon as the service is over they will return to that way of life. They come to make themselves feel better. It might work for some, but not for everyone.
Julia knew this. Even if she wasn’t a vampire, creature of the night, she would recognize this without fail. Everyone was a liar. Everyone was a sinner. And everyone deserved to die. She remembered perfectly having told this to Rouge, who of which Julia would ignore any faults until after she was done with her. Rouge seemed to be the one thing in her life that she could control, and she would take advantage that. Granted, Julia had said those words as if killing everyone would end pain in the world. Maybe it would, she didn’t really know. Not everything could die, so the chances were that she would still feel pain.
That wasn’t what this was about. This was simply about killing. Zyoria wouldn’t have to know. Besides, what would she really expect? Julia was a vampire after all, and although she hated the rest of her kind as much as she hated humanity, killing was what she did. She relished in it. That was why she was at the church, sitting with Rouge amongst the Christians.
She wanted a massacre.

Jeremiah 3:21 A voice was heard upon the high places, weeping and supplications of the children of Israel: for they have perverted their way, and they have forgotten the LORD their God.
Sat in the mist of the crowds of people. Alice had her hair clipped back, her clothing was subtle. She wore a white dress with her knee high boots. Her hands where places on her knees her back straight. She said waiting for her orders. Her eyes glancing over the mass of people who came believing they would be forgiven for there sins, that god still loved them. Alice pitied them, they all came here thinking God would repay them with happier life’s even happy deaths. That they would all ascend to heaven. Alice knew it was nothing more then a shame. They where not going to go to heaven, there was no such thing. Hell yes heaven no. If your lucky you will dirt along earth endlessly when you die if your not then hell is where you will go.
Julie had told her she needed to help rid the world of this sin. They didn’t deserve to live. There was so much pain in the world, pained caused by there so called god. Wars start because of there beliefs. Because some one dose not believe then they should die, or if some one else believe in something completely different then they are wrong and they deserve to go to hell.
What gave these people the right to say this? To do this. They have no right. The take life’s just as easy as they give it. If there was no God in the world then there would be less death, less war and less Sin. The myth of God has filled the human mind for hundreds of years telling them what they should do and what they shouldn’t. They where nothing more then pawns in the chess game. Now it was time to make the game end.

With darting eyes Julia looked around the church. It was daylight out, but she had gotten here early through the sewer lines and the stained-glass windows protected her from the sun. She just had to make sure to stay away from any doors leading to the outside that could potentially open once the killing began. She also took note of any crosses. A bunch of the humans were wearing them from what she could tell, and there were probably more than she could see. And of course there was the cross at the head of the building, but she would stay clear from the way. The ones that the people were wearing would become slightly problematic. She didn’t mind pain, but after the first few there would only be so much she could take.
Having finished her task, which strangely resembled a surveillance method but was actually a habit she picked up in the institution (no, she wasn’t a vampire then, but the principle was the same), Julia turned her head and looked at Rouge. The girl seemed ready, and all that Julia could do then was place some form of trust in her, which was always a hard thing to do, at least for today. She then looked briefly back up to the minister, who had begun his sermon.
“I’m came across this passage the other day in the Book of Ruth, and I’ve decided to share it here. In it Ruth said, Whither thou goest, I will go. Where thou lodgest, I will lodge. Thy people shall be my people.” He continued on with something that Julia no longer bothered to listen to. The biblical quote bothered her in a way that she could not describe. It disturbed her just enough to make her want to begin her massacre now.
“Was Ruth a saint?” she questioned the minister as she stood up from her seat on the bench, interrupting his sermon. “Will she help you now? Will she follow you? Or will she leave you all to die?” On her last words Julia revealed her true face, characterized by vampiric features, and looked the minister in his eyes. His fear, as the fear of everyone else in the church, became eminent.

Alice sat still watching listening to the words the old man said. People sat believing all he said. His words where like gold to them. Each one meaning more to them then the first. It gave them hope it gave them dreams of a better future. What did they know right? If there god was so loving then why would he let this happen now why would he let the sin in the world happen why would he let men mess with power they don’t understand. Why would god let her life be destroyed?
Alice turned her head to see Julie standing up and questioning the old man then her face changed to that of the vampires. Alice knew it was time. She joined Julie standing up. Closing her eyes she used her power to shut any door that was open slamming them shut with her mind. People began to scream some had gotten up and tried to run but they didn’t get very far. There was no way out. Alice stood her eyes looking over at the mass of people being ing to panic she turned looking at Julie waiting for her go a head.

Julia looked down to the bench in front of her and saw a young girl cowering on the floor. She had always had a sort of morbid fascination in young girls, ever since she had been sired. Her sire had even been amused by her pet peeve, often sitting back and watching Julia kill, having no drop to drink for herself. This time was no different, for Julia anyways.
The girl was already frightened, so there was no hope in soothing her. In an ideal situation Julia wouldn’t reveal her true features until she had already won the girl over. Unfortunately that was out of the window here. With one hand she reached down and lifted the girl up by the collar of her shirt. She looked around at the crowd, seeing the fear within each of the humans, and then looked into the eyes of the girl. Blue, like her own.
In one swift motion Julia bit down on the girl’s neck and began draining her blood. She did so sloppily, not clean like she normally preferred it. Blood was spurting everywhere. The priest’s words had angered her to the point where she wanted to make this as fearful and painful as possible.
Once the girl’s blood was completely drained from her body, Julia dropped her to the ground as if she was nothing.

Alice watched as Julie drank the blood of the girl. She watched as the limp body fell to the ground with a thump. She took this as her signal. It was her time to go. This was it. All she had been told. All the sin that needed taking from the earth. She was like the female version of god. She was giving punishment for the sins made. These people where dirty with it.
A women next to her was screaming in horror as she saw the vampire killing. Alice turned her head looking down at the frightened women. “Sinner” She simply said as she grabbed the women in her mid 40s by the neck her feet where dangling from the ground as She tried to get free. Then Alice her the women. “Please don’t hurt me” Alice stopped. She was about to snap the women’s neck but stop holding her in the mid air. The women thanked her for not killing her and pleaded to be let down. Alice noticed the tattoo on the women’s arm it was a skull. Why would a women of god have a skull on her arm. Why would she damage her body like that? With in seconds Alice snapped her neck. Sin was all around her. She would not hesitate again over pleads and tears. Alice begun killing joining in the cleaning of sin.

Blood from the young girl dripped down her lips and onto her neck, slowly making its way down her chest. She licked her lips, gaining the blood that she could, but paid absolutely no attention to anything else. She stepped forward, unintentionally avoiding the girl’s dead body, and jumped over the bench in front of her so that she was now in the center aisle of the church.
Her eyes locked with those of a reverend. In her vampiric form, even her eyes didn’t look human, shining a bright yellow. Seeing the reverend, the fear reflected in all of his features, a rage that she hadn’t felt in a long time consumed Julia, moving through out and taking control of her entire being. He was her target from the beginning of the service, but now, as they locked eyes, they both knew it. The death of the young girl was a statement, at least from his point of view it would be. It showed the reverend just how serious this was.
Julia barely noticed that Rouge had begun killing people. Screams filled her ears, but she barely noticed those as well. All of her attention was focused on the reverend. He had no where to run, so he just stood there, scared, clutching to the large cross necklace he wore around his chest. Slowly, she began walking towards him, completely focused and determined.
As she walked, an older male crossed in front of Julia, presumably in an attempt to run and find an exist. Fortunately (for Julia anyways), crossing in front of her had been the wrong move. As he ran, she grabbed on to his arm and pulled him towards her. With two swift hands, she cracked his neck, and his dead body fell in front of him. All the while, she never lost eye contact with the reverend, who was now muttering something, presumably a prayer. He wanted God almighty to save him.
“Ruth was a saint!?” she shouted as she drew closer to him. “Was she Father?!” She was challenging him, challenging the beginning of his sermon. In one jump she pounced on top of the reverend, leaning over him as he fell to the ground. “What about you Father?” she said, her voice low, filled with evil. “Are you a saint? Is this martyrdom, or is it just death?” She bit down on the neck of the reverend, doing so in a manner that would cause him as much pain as possible. He was not a martyr. Everyone in this church would die, not just him. Julia completely drained his blood, once again doing so sloppily like she had done with the young girl.
Having finished in her task, she stood up. Just now did she feel the burning sensation just below her collar bone, a burn caused by the reverend’s cross. She relished in the pain, and it only fueled her. She wanted this massacre to be as bloody and as painful as possible. She wanted this to reach the news, to scare the masses. The vampire within her wanted this to cause fear to as much people as possible, and to cause as much pain as possible. It was times like this where Julia proved that she wasn’t human, no matter how many times she could act unlike the others of her kind. "Kill them all."
