Micky was both surprised and glad at the growl that came out of Thorn's throat, the vampiric features on her face, the attack. She fell back to the ground, Thorn pinned on top of her. This was good. It painted Thorn at the monster that Micky needed to see, the monster that had taken to biting Willow. Micky had lost everything because of her, and she needed someone to blame.

Thorn glared down at Micky for a moment before bringing her hand up and curling it up into a fist, striking Micky hard in the side of the face now she could not escape. She had to keep going, if she stopped she was going to realise just what she was doing and freeze up. She hit her a second time before wrapping both hands around her throat tightly.

Micky wouldn't let herself get phased by the hands around her throat, she wouldn't let Thorn get the complete upper hand. Her lip was bleeding, she could taste the blood drip down into her mouth. She choked slightly, but forced herself to stop. In one swift motion, she punched Thorn in the gut, and used her momentum to push Thorn off of her.

Thorn felt a sharp pain in her stomach and let go of Micky's throat because of the momentary shock, she hadn't expected the hit and it had caught her of guard. So did the next thing, she felt herself roll from off of Micky and land on the ground next to her with slight force.

Micky moved on top of Thorn, even though that may have not been the best move. It was like a dance, the two of them going back and forth, blow for blow, offense to defense. She should have let Thorn get back up, make this even ground once again, but emotions were getting the best of her. She used to be able to control her emotions, at least slightly, but that hadn't been the situation since she came to Misery Valley. Micky punched Thorn in the jaw, just as Thorn had done to her.

Thorn felt her jaw click as Micky's fist made contact and bit down on the inside of her cheek, cutting it instantly because of her fangs, her mouth instantly began to fill with blood. Turning her head to the side she spat, leaving a red streak across the floor next to her. Looking back up at Micky her mouth and chin was stained red a little and she couldn't help but to look like she'd just killed someone.

((hope you don’t mind me speeding it up slightly))
She was a vampire, nothing more, nothing less. And now, unlike before, she looked the part. Blood spread across her lips, giving her the appearance that she had just fed off someone…that she had just fed off Willow. Micky continued to punch her, unleashing all of her anger. “You ruined everything!” she shouted as she did so.
In one quick motion, Micky stopped punching and grabbed the stake out of her waistband, which she had just previously ignored, the fight getting the best of her. She held it over Thorn’s heart, but couldn’t push it further. She hesitated, looking Thorn in the eyes. Just do it, she told herself, but she couldn’t, and she didn’t know why.

((not at all, just make sure Thorn ends up within an inch of her life…that makes me so mean.)) "Just do it!" Thorn shouted, verbalizing what Micky was telling herself. She knew this was it, Micky had her beat and she was surprised to hear how scared her own voice sounded. She'd never thought when the time came she would be frightened of death, just that she would be annoyed it happened. Now she saw she was obviously wrong.
Staring up at Micky she forced her features back to that of a normal human, not wanting to die looking like a monster. She knew very well there would be no body left behind, just dust, but she didn’t want her last seconds to show what everyone feared, the vampire side. She felt the need to say something but knew there was no point, Micky was beyond caring, so she simply squeezed shut her eyes.

Thorn reverting to her human features did not help. Micky wanted to kill her, she needed to, but she just couldn’t. She didn’t know why it was so hard for her to do this. Thorn was just a vampire. All it would take is one swift push. Not even that much force would be needed. She told herself over and over again to just do it, just like Thorn told her. God why couldn’t she just kill her?
Do it. Do it. Do it. Do it!
Micky raised the stake and plunged it downward, but she missed. Just to the right. Never before had Micky missed the heart, never. And now she did, because she couldn’t bring herself to fully follow through and kill Thorn. She pushed herself off of the vampire and began to run.

Thorn wince, letting out a small cry as she felt the wooden stake pierce her skin. For a moment she thought this was it, after much hesitation Micky had done it, she was about to die. But then she realised that something was off, the stake to be exact, it was to the side. Micky... had missed.
She felt weight leave her body and opened her eyes just in time to see Micky running away out of the warehouse. Her eyes watched her for a few moments before travelling down to the stake sticking out of her chest. She tugged at it and winced. "You've got to be kidding me" she mumbled, spitting out the blood that filled her mouth again. It was stuck.
