So she'd spent the most part of the morning talking to Spencer. How could she just open up to him? She wasn't too sure. The best part? He didn't look at her like she was completely and utterly insane. It was strange to actually talk about it. You know really she was shocked Spencer didn't think she was insane, she sure did. Alyssa didn't know exactly what was going on with her, just that she kept setting things on fire.
It was taking a lot of time for a lot of things to sink in for Alyssa, no matter how much Spencer explained, she just didn't get it really. Slayers, magic, witches.... VAMPIRES? If it didn't make so much sense, Alyssa would accuse her of being insane. Alyssa's head was so telling her to grab her car keys and run but her heart had over ruled her. The fact that the guy who had 'saved' her was sending her heart and her hormones into a frenzy wasn't the point. She had potential for answers.
Spencer had told her he had known someone that could give her answers, and muttered something about it giving him time to train so she just shrugged her shoulders and went where he told her. He took her to some big building and told her it was a slayers headquarters. Again the word went in one ear and out the other. on their way through Spencer had stopped a girl and asked where 'willow' was.
Willow... wasn't that a type of tree? Alyssa had noticed that it was mainly girls around here. All the men seemed old and... stuffy. Spencer then lead her to the room and told her he'd meet her back here in an hour. Alyssa wanted to ask him to stay with her but she was too scared. So she just went it alone. She let her knuckles throw themselves against the big door, waiting a few moments before poking her head around. "Hello?"

Her office smelled of roses and Snickers. She loved that nutty, smooth chocolate bar. The wind blew through the small window, and the scent of her roses filled her office. She smiled as they crossed her nostrils. Willow sat up as she heard footsteps along the hallway. She had somehow gone from researching living demons, to enjoying that beautiful Snickers bar. She wiped melted chocolate onto a tissue and tossed it swiftly into the wastebin.
She wondered who would be in the hallway at this time of day. Perhaps some new information had come from the other Hellmouths. Something more to keep her busy. It had been a while since she had to strain her magical muscles. But, there wasnt much that made her squint anymore. Willow's magic had been growing for years, she had been through the rollercoaster a few times, even turned all Carrie before, but she has not let it rule her life in years. Willow had been given the gift of magic for a reason, she was capable of anything through magic. It had made her confident, and it had broken her down. Willow and the Magic had their own special relationship..and she was teachers pet.
The footsteps at the end of the hallway got closer. She could have known before the fact, if she had really wanted to, but a surprise was fun every once in a while.
"Ill meet you back here in an hour.." a male voice. She felt pressure in her threshold and her attention was turned to the door.
"Hello?" a blonde girl stood nervously in the doorway. Willow smiled and stood, slamming the book closed. She moved swiftly to the door, and gave her hand.
"Hey there! What can I do for you?" she asked. The girl looked scared and lost. But she had a light in her, a magical heart. Willow could feel her instability from down the hall. She waited patiently for the girl to grip her hand so they could shake. Once their skin touched, she would know a little more.

A pretty red headed woman came towards Alyssa. She looked nervous and hell she felt it but this red head seemed nice enough. Alyssa semi-reluctantly took the hand before her and shook it, moving her body so it was actually in the room and not half littering the hallway. "Well... I'm not really too sure." Alyssa let out a laugh with that, but it wasn't due to anything being fun, it was purely nerves. Alyssa had taken her hand back, rubbing her palms together. Damn bad habits! But who didn't have them really.
The fact Alyssa was in Spencers clothes right now made her feel a lot less sure of herself. A pair of jeans he'd kindly let her deface into a pair of rather baggy hot pants and one of his shirts, crisp white. As she thought on what to say she started to roll up the sleeves of the shirt? What was wrong with her? She'd always been the little actress, never had a problem with crowds or meeting now people. Why now?
Finally Alyssa opened her mouth to start speaking again. "I'm um.. a friend of Spencer's. He said he knew you so i hope im not completely throwing you by saying that.... He um... well i have a little problem... and he thinks you could help me."

She gave her a matter-of-fact look, as if she knew what the girl was talking about, and she did.
"You must be having mojo malfunctions..." she put a finger in the air, emphasizing her point. She curled her finger in commanding way, "Come in. Sit." She told the girl.
A few books began to float around the room rapidly, missing the girls head by a bit. Ones from the desk flew to the shelf, and the shelved ones floated, opened to the corresponding pages and landed lightly on the desk.
"Are you aware that you have a magical gift?" she stated. Willow had recently become more demanding. She thought it helped her seem more intimidating which had always been a problem for her. From the instability in her spark, Willow felt the girl either had no idea she was magical, or she had recently been experiencing problems with her craft.

Everything Willow had said had gone totally over Alyssa's head. As had the booked that traveled through the air. Alyssa just looked at them fish slapped. How.... But... they were flying. Or possibly floating. Since when did books do either of those things. Alyssa had done as she was told though. She sat. Placing her hands on her lap, leading them between her knees as her shoulders bunched up. She looked down at the floor nervously until Willow said something that threw her off guard.
"Are you aware that you have a magical gift?"
A what now? Alyssa's eyes moved up to meet her for a moment. She wished she wasn't hearing her properly. She pushed her shoulders up into a shrug the best she could and then shook her head. Really all Alyssa was, was a scared little 17 year old girl who had had nothing but rotten luck her entire life and recently watched her family die and killed their killer. No one could blame her for the fact she seemed to be hiding within herself right now, surely?!

Willow could see the girl basically squirming like a worm on hot pavement. She could tell she had a LOT of work to do with this girl. But she decided to start with the easy questions, and work with that.
"Have strange or unexplainable things been happening around you lately?" she asked calmly. She knew the girl wouldnt necessarily be apt to tell her much, but it was worth a shot.
Willow had tons of experience with new witches, so she would not be any different, she hoped.
