Dig deeper;
Likes:
+ Blood: the taste, the color, the aroma…what vamp doesn’t love blood.
+ Little Furry Animals: They’re just so cute. These are the only things she refuses to kill
+ When humans struggle: it’s just the feeling what you go on a hunt for a human that gets her into a high.
+ Slayers: it’s just so fun when one is on your tail.
+ History: hers and everyone else’s. When she converted to a vampire, some of her memory was lost so she likes back tracking to figure it all out.
+ Men: they’re just so much fun to play with.
+ Other vamps: when they get together it’s just like a party.
+ Control: when she’s the one in charge she feels things are more likely to get done the way she likes them.
Dislikes:
- Jewelry: she does have memories from her human years and jewelry is just something she’s always hated.
- Drugs: when humans take them it’s just too easy to kill them.
- Showoffs: they're over confident idiots, only she’s allowed to showoff.
- Not winning: she takes losing like a baby takes getting candy taken from them.
- Being betrayed: when someone tells on her, she gets mad. Very mad indeed.
- When good wins: it just irks her to see when the opposite of her gets by.
- Daytime: first off, she gets burned and secondly her eyes are much too sensitive to be in light.
Fears:
The daylight, obviously, for reasons known to most people.
Stakes, again obviously, for reasons known to most people.
A cross,again obviously, for reasons known to most people.
Church because she thinks God will smite her for all her sins.
Strengths:
Keeping it to herself: When she has a diabolical plan she doesn’t tell it the first chance she thinks she’s winning, in fact she doesn’t tell it at all.
Book Smarts: she loves math, and history, and reading, and science, and after 153 years you’d think one could master these skills.
Street Smarts: She knows how to handle herself on the streets.
Reading: She’s a speed-reader and can memorize something after reading it once.
Fighting: As a human she practiced the skills under a black man. Weaknesses:
Puppies: see the ‘likes’ area for explanation.
Water: she can’t swim, but then again it isn’t a big problem since vampires don’t breath.
Music: it can lull the soul of a savage beast.
Kids: it comes from when she was a babysitter, she just can’t hurt them.
Eating: when she’s eating nothing can stop her unless she’s needed or being attacked.
Personality:
As a human, Ellie was the sweetest thing you could have ever found back in the mid 1800’s. She was caring and selfless, kind and giving. She risked her reputation to teach the slave children to read and write. She’s given her own food to travelers and even made her mother make room for weary people. She was a great hostess and socialite back then. But everything changed when she was turned to a vampire. What was once a perfect young daughter changed to the perfect young vampire. Most vamps, when turned will be the exact opposite of what they once were, and that was no different for Ellie. She turned into a cold-blooded killer who had mad martial arts skills. And with these skills she has evaded death by stake for over one hundred years.
Story of my life;;
Family:
[keep in mind, the ages are the ages of the people if the year was 1862 but they’re all dead now]
John Kelly: Father: Plantation Owner: 51.
Emma Kelly: Mother: Plantation Owner: 47.
Gracie Kelly: Sister: 26.
Michael Kelly: Brother: 26.
Wright Kelly: Brother: 26.
John Kelly Jr.: Brother: 24.
Daniel Kelly: Brother: 20.
Dolly Kelly: Sister: 19.
Ellie Kelly: Youngest: 17.
History: The Kelly Family had came to America in 1789 [practically right after the revolutionary war], and then settled on the edge of Virginia to be part-time farmers, part-time store owners. For a few years it stayed like that until the Kelly’s accumulated enough wealth to buy a few slaves, and then more, and then more land, and then they were full blown plantation owners. The Kelly family had made their fortune on their many plantations giving it up to their only son in their will was no problem. John Kelly went on to married young Emma and they had their first offspring: triplets they named Gracie, Michael, and Wright. Two years after the triplets came John Jr. Four years after Junior came Daniel, one year after him came Dolly, and two years after her came Ellie.
Now, Ellie was born to plantation owners, so she lived in a life of luxury for most her life. She had freedom on the land and even had four of her own horses. The slaves trusted the family and not many problems were made since the Kelly’s treated them right and even paid them. Ellie even provided schooling for the black children even when most other whites considered it bad. However, that all changed when the American Civil War came into play. First her uncles, aunts, and cousins were stripped of their property (since they were closer to the northern states) and then their slaves left them, even if the family treated them well. John Sr. sent the entire family south with a handful of supplies and stayed to try and negotiate with the Yankees.
However, John Sr. died and Wright & Michael persuaded Emma and Gracie to head back to try and help father. Dolly and Ellie said they’d head back, but take the leisurely route. That route took longer than suspected and soon it was nighttime. They came over the hill to find their home on fire, screaming comeing from the inside and a band of laughing Yankees with torches. Dolly started to scream, but she was cur off by something. Ellie looked to find her sister being bitten by a vampire. She’d heard the legends and took off as fast as possible on her horse, but there were more and she was soon being turned.
From that moment, she wasn’t that caring young woman she used to be. She was, in fact, a cold-blooded killer. She had her soft spots, but no many. And after a while of figuring out the ropes she went after the band that killed her family. After terminating them, she went on the longer hunt to find the vampire that killed her sister. When she finally found the vampire, he was feeding on a woman from Sunnydale. Ellie had a fun time torturing the vamp, but he was soon staked and she was heading off for bigger and better places, and thinking little of Sunnydale.
At age 100 she had her bicentennial and for it, other vampires gave her a young, very athletic, very cute little boy to sire. She bit him and turned him, and soon they were a tag team. But he got too reliant on her and as he wore on in years he started to get annoying so she killed him…painfully. She locked him in a home, relics of him past on every room and when he’d finally went insane she let him out and he burned in the morning sun. She found it quite humorous. And as the years wore on, news of a new Slayer came to her and she, again, thought nothing of it as she went on a new killing spree in Virginia. However, when news of even more Slayer activity came to her she packed up and headed to where all the hubbub is.
Now she’s here and it seems as if she’s the only bad guy willing to stand up against the Slayer army.
Sample Role Play;;
It was cruel, and Ellie knew it. But it was also fun the way the humans’ faces contorted into sheer horror as one’s vampire face is put on and they lunge to sink their teeth into someone’s neck. Ellie laughed as she dropped the man to the ground. He crumpled into a heap and laid there, motionless, bloodless, and lifeless. With only one Slayer in the world, most other places were save and she’d bet her life on it. But that was before. Before when Slayers didn’t inhabit almost every place in the world. That thought brought a frown to the women’s face but she just phased and turned her neck to crack it.
”If the Slayer wants a showdown, showdown is what they’ll get,” she mumbled as she crouched down and searched the man’s pockets for his wallet. After pick pocketing him, she left him there. Eventually they’d find him. Probably when it was lighter out. And in the light they’d get to see the horrible scratch marks she’d left on his face and back as she drained him of his blood. He’d stay dead, since she doesn’t necessarily like to sire any other vampires. With a flick of her hair, Ellie strode away.
When was the last time I had a slayer for dinner? Ellie stopped dead. She was nearly a block away from the death scene when she came to this revelation. She’d had nearly two slayers in her time and it has been quite a while since her last one. After a while of mulling it all over, a smirk spread its way onto the vampire’s pale face. The flickering street lamp made her feel especially eerie, along with the faint smell and taste of blood still on her lips, she spoke,”I think I’ll get me a slayer.”
