Personal Plotting!
Ok basics... You have categorys and sub catgorys:
categorys:
Friends
Lovers
Enimies
Family
Sub categorys (for lovers):
Past
Present
Future
Forever
You could also add-
Flirts
Fling
Crush {On you, On me, Mutual}
The below code will set you up for a basic plot!
Characters Name

Family

Sister
Other
Enemies
Mortal
Hatred
Just don’t get on
For the sake of it
Bickering buddies
Ok so once you have all your categorys and sub categorys you lay it out in a way like you can see in mine if you look! You can leave it like that or you can... Jazz it up!
There are 4 more common ways to do this!:
- First of all; your sub-categorys... you can add a saying or a song lyric to it to that is relavent! Eg: Under lovers: "I wont make another mistake like you = Past"
- You can align each of the sections in a different place eg: FriendsLovers
enimies - You can add avatars to each category of your plot, Then when you fill in another persons plot you use the avatar from the category they are in (Eg you use avatar a for friends and avatar b for Family! If you were Buffy you would use avatar a for Xander and avatar B for Dawn!)
- You could color code it so each category was a different color!
The next part is basically all about finding your style for people to fill your plot in. The best way, I feel, to do this is to create a form! The things that you want to know about the character! The things it is suggested you use are:
- Name
- Age
- Category (eg Witch, Slayer…)
- Acquaintance (This is one of the sub-categorys from the plot eg best friends)
- History of the two characters!
- Link to an avatar!
Once you’ve written all this up your are ready to post it and get others to fill it in, you can also start to fill in other peoples plots!
